How to use text magnification in browsers
All browsers have functions to allow magnification of the web page, whether the whole page content or text only.
- In Internet Explorer:
Click on the ‘Tools’ button (cog wheel icon in the top right corner) or press Alt and X keys, and click on ‘Zoom’.
- In Mozilla Firefox:
Click ‘Menu’ (parallel lines image, top right corner) and click ‘+’ or ‘-‘ to magnify or minify.
- In Chrome:
Click the icon in the top right corner (three parallel lines), find ‘Zoom’ and click either ‘+’ or ‘-‘.
- In Safari:
Click on the menu icon in the top right , move the cursor over zoom, then click ‘zoom in’, ‘zoom out’, ‘zoom text only’ or ‘actual size’
